What is Exosome?
This is a membrane-bound lipid-bilayer extracellular vesicle produced in the endosomal compartment of eukaryotic cells, used as intercellular signal transmitters, contains RNA, microRNA, and proteins, is 30-150 nm in size, and contains membrane proteins such as CD63. Exosomes are attracting attention as a next-generation regenerative medicine due to their excellent cell penetration and safety.

Telomere Restoration

Induction of telomere-restoration Reprosomes® using the telomerase (TERT) protein induction medium

What is a telomere?
Telomeres are structured with a specific repeating sequence of a specific nucleotide sequence present at the end of each chromosome of eukaryotic cells, and telomere binding proteins protect the ends of chromosomes. As cell division is repeated, telomeres become shorter and are eventually lost, which is known to cause cell aging. Concerning the increase of telomere length, it is adjusted by a reverse transcriptase enzyme called telomerase. However, until now, a method for restoring telomeres has not been developed.
