Atopic Dermatitis Treatment

ST-101

Atopic dermatitis is a chronic dermatitis caused by a combination of genetic factors, immunological abnormalities, and skin barrier dysfunction.
Reprosomes produced in a skin regenerating environment have a lot of anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antiaging substances, thus showing excellent efficacy in skin regeneration.
Accordingly, we have confirmed their effect of improving atopic dermatitis, such as relieving itching, improving inflammation, and regenerating the skin barrier, and we are currently developing it.

Efficacy Characteristics of Reprosomes

  • Reprosomes contain antiaging substances such as Involucrin, Keratin 10, Laminin α5, MMPs, and Hyaluronic acid, and skin regeneration factors such as Collagen, Elastin, PCNA, and N-Cadherin Cyclin-D1.
  • Reprosomes show concentration-dependent antioxidant activity in an antioxidant efficacy test using H2O2
  • The skin regeneration ability of Reprosomes was confirmed by their cell proliferation and cell migration abilities.

Anti-Inflammatory Efficacy of Reprosomes in a DNFB Atopic Dermatitis Animal Model

  • In the DNFB atopic dermatitis model, Reprosomes exhibit anti-inflammatory and skin regeneration effects by reducing inflammatory factors such as TNF-α and IFN-γ.

Medical Device
(wound dressings
& for animals )

ST-201 & ST-301 & ST-302

  • Wound dressings are a medical device that is attached or applied to a wound for the purpose of protecting the skin of the wounded area, preventing contamination, preventing loss of body fluid, and maintaining a moist environment.
  • Wound dressings are used in the fields of skin treatment and plastic surgery to improve skin damage caused by wounds, burns, and atopic dermatitis.
  • Since having wound healing effects in in vitro and in vivo tests, Reprosomes are under development as a medical device for wound treatment for humans and animals.
